National Geographic Infographic

This infographic was created to accompany the National Geographic article Why we’ll succeed in saving the planet from climate change written by Emma Marris for the April 2020 web issue.  The infographic was created in Adobe Illustrator.  Causes of emissions are represented in the pie chart at the core of the graphic. The first three colored layers offer direct solutions targeting each part of the pie chart.  The last two layers represent preventative and protective strategies that also must be implemented according to the article.  The color key at the bottom of the infographic explains what each layer represents.
